Real Estate Agent Registration and Service Agreement

This Real Estate Agent Registration and Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Gowena Properties Ltd, (“Company”) and the undersigned real estate agent (“Agent”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

1. Registration and Use

1.1. Agent agrees to register on the Company’s website (“Website”) in order to promote properties for sale, rent, or lease.

1.2. Agent acknowledges that access to and use of the Website is subject to compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Responsibilities of the Agent

2.1. Agent shall provide accurate and truthful information regarding properties listed on the Website.

2.2. Agent agrees not to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to misrepresentation of properties, pricing, or any other information related to the real estate listings.

2.3. Agent shall be solely responsible for the content they publish on the Website and any consequences arising from such content.

2.4. Agent agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to Agent’s use of the Website, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.

3. Company’s Rights and Responsibilities

3.1. The Company reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any content posted by Agent on the Website that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate at the Company’s discretion.

3.2. The Company may suspend or terminate Agent’s access to the Website if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Agent has violated this Agreement or engaged in any fraudulent or unethical conduct.

4. Confidentiality

4.1. Agent agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by the Company or obtained through the use of the Website, including but not limited to proprietary information, customer data, and technical details.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.

5.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

5.3. Electronic Acceptance: By clicking the “I Agree” button/icon on the Website, Agent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
